Elda Aghaian, MD

Elda Aghaian, MD, is an ophthalmologist who specializes in treating retinal diseases, including age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and retinal vein occlusion. Dr. Aghaian is especially passionate about her field because degenerative eye diseases have affected several of her family members, giving her a deep understanding of just how much these conditions impact a person’s life.

Her patients can expect the same compassionate and personalized care she’d want for her own family. Dr. Aghaian always tailors each patient’s treatment plan to meet their unique needs, and she strives to establish a trusting relationship with each person who comes to see her.

Dr. Aghaian is a Southern California native from Glendale and appreciates the opportunity to care for patients in the same community where she grew up. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys hiking, gardening and traveling.
