Dr. Audrey Wittrup is a licensed clinical psychologist and Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and the Behavioral Sciences at the University of Southern California (USC). She specializes in evidence-based therapies, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Her clinical expertise extends across a range of anxiety and mood disorders, with a particular focus on Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and other anxiety-related conditions.
Dr. Wittrup is passionate about working with college students, graduate students, and emerging adults, helping them navigate the unique challenges of these life stages. She provides individualized care that is both collaborative and tailored to the specific needs of each client, emphasizing the importance of identities central to understanding an individual’s strengths and challenges. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in building a strong, respectful, and authentic therapeutic relationship.
In addition to her psychotherapy work, Dr. Wittrup has a strong interest in neuropsychological assessment. She conducts diagnostic evaluations for conditions such as learning disorders, ADHD, mood disorders, and personality disorders.
