Jackie Metcalfe, LMFT, ATR, is a clinical instructor of psychiatry and the behavioral sciences (practitioner) and a licensed marriage and family therapist at USC’s Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Services Clinic at University Park Campus (PBHS@UPC). In her role as a Clinical Case Manager, she ensures quality of care and coordination of care for students receiving services at PBHS. Jackie's role also includes providing therapeutic services to students. Jackie is trained in the Brief Cognitive Behavioral Therapy treatment modality and a case manager and clinician to the R Well program at PBHS.
Her professional interests include anxiety disorders, college mental health, mothers in college, BIPOC, and first-generation college students.
She utilizes a trauma-informed approach in working with clients and practices in dialectical behavioral therapy, is a Registered Art Therapist, and has Humanistic and Client-Centered approaches.
